URSAFF project

I want to introduce PIMP MY APP which is a training based on the design sprint. And I want to say thank you to this training to have the opportunity to work with the company URSAFF on a very specific problem.

  1. Design sprint

    A design sprint is a method invented by Google to solve a problem in 5 days, from a problematic to a prototype.

    In this design sprint, we were a team of 6, and we work for a URSAFF problem.

    As a reminder, URSAFF has for role to monitoring, supporting and advising companies on a large number of points: compliance with regulations, the fight against undeclared work, assistance with hiring, management of contributions and exemptions, and of course, control of costs. professionals

  1. Problem

    Build a tool that makes life easier for agents in the field during control

We did a exercice HMW (How might we) to try to precise the problem, not to resolve a problem.

This is some examples of HMW that we have created :

HMW develop an easy-to-use and responsive tool ?

HMW improve the communication between the agents on the same place of control ?

HMW ensure that the information is synchronized on the same database ?

HMW have information upstream when possible?

HMW give users confidence ?

HMW create a clear user journey ?

HMW familiarize the agents with the new ideas ?

HMW group the information together so as not to duplicate / forget people ?

4. Long term goal

in 2 years, all the steps will be possible in a digital way, to simplify and accelerate. Information verification will be done automatically and the tool will be usable even outside the network.

5. Obstacles

Can we ensure automatic verification and in real time even outside the network?

Can we convince all inspectors to use a 100% solution?

Can we create a simple tool despite all the information to be centralized?

Step 4 : follow-up of the file live with validation of data in connection with colleagues
