Daxium - UX/UI project

Introduction

Daxium is a no code software to digitalize activities of nomadic teams. This software allows to create personalized mobile application adapted to needs of nomadic teams.

Mission of Daxium : Allow to his customers to organize all operational exchanges between company and field teams.

Daxium has only developed with engineers and developers for 10 years without design thought but rather practical. today Daxium is complex and the wish is to simplify the process to make the software accessible to as many people as possible. It is in this approach that I intervened during the graphic redesign.

  1. Empathize

This step allows to know the user, the one for which we are designing the project. It is in this context that I conducted interviews with stakeholders, customers, and a questionnaire sent to a larger panel.

Situation: No information on the situation with clients. No visibility on usage and customer pain points

Goals: Understand the users, understand the environment in which they operate.

Results: Beyond the software bugs, customers want more simplicity, more ergonomics, more documentation

2. Define

Persona Terrain Thierry

Problems :

Terrain thierry needs a clear, easy-to-use solution because he needs to focus on his job and not on the IT tool.

Terrain Thierry needs a digital medium that speaks the same vocabulary as him because he does not know the Daxium vocabulary.

Terrain thierry needs an adapted and efficient solution to fill in his data because he has to optimize his working time.

Terrain thierry needs a quick and easy way to add external data to his document because he doesn't want to waste time and info.

3. Ideation

Situation: Here we are trying to create ideas from objectives and issues

Goals: generate ideas and solutions

Result: 4 large work groups (Dashboard, ergonomic work, communication, new functionalities)

Les ‘Comment pourrions-nous’ ?

Les solutions

5. Tests

Situation: Advanced state of prototypes

Goal : Have a wide user panel test different scenarios

Result: Very positive results, the design was very well received overall, we notified some changes to be made on the filter in particular and the search

To conclude.

Very nice project, very complete.

Technical debt that prevented going directly to development despite a good investment by stakeholders.
