Problem :
How to design a platform for managers that is simple, intuitive and ergonomic with a view to liquidating the retirement of miners?
Here are the UX methods I used for this project:
User interviews
Personas
Workflow modeling (present and future)
Ideation workshops
Prototyping
User testing
The context is as follows: The managers had several applications to liquidate the miners' retirement. The goal here was to simplify the process and group the different applications into 1. To do this, workshops were carried out with managers and the main players in the project.
Product Design :
Cross-functional support for product teams
Supporting different Products Teams in the design of business applications, adding new functionalities to existing ones, redesigning or starting a new project.
Workflow
In order to represent the different stages of the present and future processes, we conducted workshops with the different stakeholders.

Design :
Accessibility :
The design was carried out in compliance with RGAA rules in order to respect the ethical dimension of the software made available to the internal managers of Ciasse des Dépots.
Design system :
I created a design system based on the main components of the application.
A design system is a coherent set of guidelines, components, and visual and functional resources used to create products, user interfaces, and user experiences consistently and effectively.
Compliance with the CDC graphic charter
Compliance with the graphic charter must be considered in the design of a new work tool. We must maintain a certain consistency in the different tools.
Respecting this charter is essential and was taken into account during the design.
Design Workshop
Design workshops were carried out occasionally with certain members of the team to find the most appropriate solutions.
Through several different methodologies, we managed to materialize the ideas that emerged.
Evaluation
User Testing
I carried out tests of the different paths with different types of users:
Writing test protocols
Taking the tests
Session summaries
Business impact
